Main Screen: User Management Overview
When accessing the "User Management" option in the sidebar menu, you will see a list of all registered users. On this screen, you can view the following information:
• Name
• Access Email (where portal invitations are sent)
• Username
• Creation Date
• Status (active, pending, expired, etc.)
You can search for specific users by name, email, or username.
User Management: How to Import and Create Users in Bulk (via CSV File)
If you need to register multiple users at once, the Import Users feature allows you to upload a CSV spreadsheet quickly.
⚠️ Required Access Profiles: Your user must have one of the following profiles: User Management Admin or Viewer.
Step 1: Accessing the Import Screen
In the sidebar menu, go to User Management and click the Import Users button in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Preparing the CSV File
Click "Download CSV Template" to use the correct structure required by the system. Fill in the columns: first name, last name, and email (mandatory).
💡 Tip: Keep the file strictly in .csv format and do not change the original column names.
Step 3: Upload and Review
Drag the file to the indicated field. The system will display a review table. Check for error icons (X) before proceeding.
Step 4: Defining Access Permissions
After uploading, choose how users will receive permissions: Assign Groups, Mirror User, or Customize individually.

In the "Status" column on the management screen, you can track each user's status:
Note on Legacy Statuses
The statuses "Blocked" and "Disabled" are for historical reference only and cannot be assigned to new registrations.
