The Manage Members in Bulk feature allows you to apply or change the Access Profile Groups of multiple existing users in the system all at once.
Prerequisites
To view the screen and perform bulk management, you must have one of the following access profiles:
- • User Management Admin
- • User Management Viewer (View Only)
Step-by-Step: Managing Members in Bulk
1. In the left sidebar menu of the IDCloud Portal, click on User Management. Then, at the top of the screen, click on "Groups".
2. On the right side of the screen, locate and click the Manage Members in Bulk button.
3. Prepare the CSV File: On the Upload tab, click the Download CSV Template button.
4. When you open the spreadsheet, you will see that the only mandatory column is email. Fill it with the addresses of the users who will receive the new permissions.
⚠️ Important rules for the file:
- The file supports a maximum of 100 emails per submission;
- The maximum file size is 10MB;
- Strictly keep the .csv format and do not change the spreadsheet header.
5. With the file completed, drag it to the indicated area or click "Select file".
6. On the Review tab, the system will check the data:
Green Indicator: The email is valid and the user was found in the system.
Red Indicator (Error): Indicates an invalid format or that the user is not yet registered on the portal. (Hover over the error icon to see details). You must delete or correct the lines with errors to proceed to the next step.
7. On the final Groups tab, search for and select the profile groups you want to link.
The profile groups selected at this step will be applied to all users linked to the emails provided in the list at once. Use this feature only when you are sure that everyone in the spreadsheet should receive the same groups.
8. After reviewing the "Import Result" in the side panel, simply confirm and process the changes.
